How long does diagnosis take?
Timing depends on whether the issue is reproducible, intermittent, thermal, software-related or requires parts for substitution testing. The shop provides the best current expectation after intake.
Can you diagnose a PC that only crashes in one game?
Yes. Record the game, settings, time to failure and any error. The cause may be a game or driver, but heat, memory, power and storage still need consideration.
Do you repair graphics cards at board level?
GPU symptoms are diagnosed first. The available repair path depends on the exact board fault, parts, economic value and whether specialist board work is appropriate.
Can I bring my own upgrade parts?
Yes, subject to compatibility and condition checks. Labor, testing and warranty coverage may differ for customer-supplied parts.
Do you work on liquid-cooled PCs?
AIO systems are supported. Custom loops require inspection because draining, leak testing, fluid condition and nonstandard fittings change the scope.
Will cleaning fix overheating?
Sometimes airflow restriction is the cause; sometimes the problem is pump failure, cooler contact, fan control or high ambient load. Cleaning alone is not promised as a cure.
Do you support both NVIDIA and AMD graphics cards?
Yes, and Intel Arc cards as well. Diagnosis is based on the exact model, power, drivers, thermals and system behavior.
Do you support Intel and AMD processors?
Yes. We verify socket, chipset, BIOS and cooler compatibility for the exact CPU and motherboard.
Should I back up my data?
Yes whenever possible. Tell the shop if data is important or not backed up before storage, Windows or motherboard work.
Are you manufacturer authorized?
This is an independent repair business. No manufacturer authorization is claimed unless specifically documented.
